Box Clever is an Edmonton web site design and development studio started in 2005 by Chris Mebs and Steve Mebs. Our focus is on websites that look great and are easy to use, print materials that get noticed, cutting-edge digital video production, and networks that work.

Steve Mebs, CGD - Principal

With over eight years of creative design expertise, Steve handles the creative and design aspects of Box Clever's work. He directs all of our web and print design projects and produces our videos. Steve graduated from MacEwan College with a Digital Arts and Media Diploma. While still a MacEwan student he won the prestigious Apple Design Award (yes, THE Apple) for Ten or 12, a music video he produced, directed and edited.

Chris Mebs, BEd - Principal

Chris graduated with a BEd from the University of Alberta and began his career teaching math, science and computers. Ultimately this led him to pursue web development, network administration and IT. Chris is responsible for the technical aspects of Box Clever as well as project management.
