The mission of the Lifesaving Society is to prevent drowning and water related incidents for all Canadians by providing: Lifesaving, Lifeguarding, Leadership Education, Public Education.
Now in its 2nd generation, The Lifesaving Society AB/NWT website has become one of the focal points on the web for information on Lifesaving, Lifeguarding, Aquatic Safety Management and the Swim to Survive Program. Box Clever has maintained this site for over 5 years and the site has evolved over time to become a comprehensive resource for Lifesavers, Lifeguards, Instructors, and the Public in General. One of the latest features is a collection of Flash videos that highlight the various swim programs the Society has to offer.
New Website Launched
We are now working on a have completed a complete overhaul of the Lifesaving Society's website, some really great features and a brand new design will be online in the not-so-distant future is available now!
