Paragon Ventilation had an existing office network that allowed users to connect and share files from PC to PC. This setup worked well when the number of files and users on the network was small, but as the office grew and more users became reliant on sharing files, problems arose. Network traffic became unmanageable as large files were constantly being moved from PC to PC. Data was lost when multiple users accessed the same file and overwrote each others data. Individual users were responsible for maintaining their own antivirus, and having out-of-sync protection sometimes led to virus outbreaks.
In 2003, Box Clever re-designed the network from the ground up. We ran new network cables, installed a new Dell server and centralized data storage and backup. In addition, we centralized antivirus protection, so every computer on the network was secure. In 2004 we added secure wireless connectivity for the laptop users in the office.
Paragon has been dealing with Box Clever for a number of years on a number of issues. They are our one-stop shop - from minor individual computer glitches, to our complete corporate network and email systems, to our graphic printing needs, to planning future hardware purchases. They can deal with it all.

Recently, Box Clever moved all of Paragon's email onto our servers to provide an extra level of Virus protection, and to help combat the growing spam problem.
