WebGuide Maintenance

If you are unable to login to WebGuide you probably still need to update your DNS now that our recent server upgrades are complete. You, or your favourite IT person, needs to make two changes:

  • Your CNAME record should point to secure.webguidecms.ca 
  • Your A record should point to our new IP address, which is 104.248.104.143

 For example, if your website address is www.boxclever.ca, you will need the following:

  • www.boxclever.ca in CNAME secure.webguidecms.ca
  • boxclever.ca in A 104.248.104.143
