WebGuide CMS
From our very first website, we have always used our own in-house Content Management System, WebGuide. Sure, there are plenty of them out there, some are even free, but for our projects we want the maximum amount of control and security that we can get.
Our clients don't need to learn an enormous system with five thousand features, our CMS only includes the features that are required for each website. This reduces training time (it can take as little as 15 minutes), and ultimately keeps our clients' websites as current as possible.
Of course your website won't perform for you if no one can find it, that's why the basics of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) are built right in.
Completely Customizable
Because WebGuide is our very own, we can customize it especially for individual projects. You'll never hear us say 'No, the system isn't built for that!'. We can build custom modules for WebGuide and have them function seamlessly with the existing feature set. You can see a custom resume module on the CRTP website, a custom Services module and Directory module on the Witten LLP website, and Blogs and Articles on the Edmonton's Child Magazine website.

Work in the Cloud
WebGuide is an easy to use CMS, remarkably easy, but it still needs a powerful server setup to keep it all running smoothly. With a custom-made CMS we couldn't just put it on any old server system! Instead we launched our very own custom configured Web Cloud, with redundancy built in to each part of it: database servers, file servers, and connections, all fully backed up so your website is always up and running.
