WebGuide integrates with Facebook, Twitter and Instagram (collectively the “Social Networks”) in order to post directly to the Social Networks from within WebGuide, and to display recent posts from the Social Networks on your website.
Any collection, use, and management of personal information by the Social Networks are governed by their respective privacy policies and terms. When using Social Networks, you are required to comply with their privacy policies and terms.
What information do we collect?
We collect the following information when you use our Service:
- Your social profile information for Social Networks you choose to connect to WebGuide. For example, your Facebook profile information may include your Facebook username and profile image.
- Posts that are collected from the Social Networks that you choose to connect to and which are displayed on your website.
Who has access to your information?
Box Clever does not rent or sell your information. We restrict access to your information to authorized employees and we do not share your information with third parties.
If you have authorized us to access your Social Network account, you may revoke this access at any time by disconnecting your Social Network account on the Manage Accounts page in WebGuide. This action will also delete all of your data.
The Social Networks that you choose to integrate with WebGuide may collect, store, and process your information according to their own terms and privacy policies.
How do I request deletion of my data?
You can have your data deleted by either:
a) disconnecting your account within WebGuide. This action will delete all of your data.
b) contacting us directly to request data deletion. please note that this request will also disconnect your social network accounts. Identity verification will also be required.
