Building a Site for One of Edmonton's Most Beloved Charities

630 CHED Santas Anonymous is one of Edmonton’s longest running and most beloved local charities. Every Year, this amazing organization rallies up thousands of Edmontonians to collect, sort, package, and deliver donated Christmas gifts to over 25,000 less fortunate children.

We provided our expertise to help this worthwhile organization build an awesome website that funnels interested volunteers and donors to relevant content, helps coordinate pickup locations, and keeps things fun.

Images speak volumes, especially when it comes to the bright eyes of a child on Christmas morning. We provided photography for the new website to build warmth and further develop Santas visual identity. Supplementary icons were customized, animations were created, and the community around Santas Anonymous was highlighted with case studies and social media integrations.

To make finding gift drop-off locations a snap, a handy Google map with an area overlay is now included on the site. And to help save administrators time, online forms are now available for drop-off location applications and volunteer applications! From experience, digitizing forms is a great way to remove hurdles for people and do anticipate that this will help in the recruitment of more volunteers, donors, and interested parties.

We even built in an easy toggle for switch to campaign mode, turning the informational site into a conversion driven machine with clear calls to action during the busy season leading up to Christmas.

The new intuitive site structure, modern design, and helpful enhancements all align with the amazing presence 630 CHED Santas Anonymous has built over the last 60 years.
