A primary goal for the Richardson website re-design was ensuring the new design would highlight and promote the Richardson Executive Search teams approach to personal service with a desire to always be connecting directly with candidates.

Our new design provided a prominent homepage placement of the Richardson staff, with multiple options to easily learn about, as well as contact, Richardson staff alongside more call outs for the classic general contact options.

It was a focus of our team to ensure that the style and colours for the Richardson Executive Search brand were integrated throughout the website in a way that would provide both current and potential candidates with an instant recognition and feeling of executive class and quality, while also conveying a personable warmth that accompanies the personal service level that Richardson is known for.
